What you will need…
100g cranberries
100ml 3½fl oz cranberry juice
500ml blood orange juice (Sanguinello)
Juice of 1 lime
Thin wedges of lime
Thin wedges of orange
600ml Appletise, sparkling apple juice drink
Method
Place the cranberries into an ice cube maker, fill with water (the idea is to make mini cranberry ice cubes). Place in freezer until frozen solid.
Mix the cranberry juice in a large jug (about 1.5 litres) with the orange and lime juices.
Ones your cranberries are frozen smash all that hard work up, so they look like shards of cranberry goodness! Add these to the bottom of eight glasses and add a wedge of lime and orange, then pour your fruity mix, finally topping with Appletise or sparkling apple juice of your choice.
