But don't drink too many, New Year is about celebrating memories and making new ones, let make sure you remember this one.
Fizzy Holiday Punch
Fruity, fizzy and oh so tasty, this fabulous cocktail is made from a tantalising mix of pineapple slices blended with champagne, and some hidden secrets that pack a punch! This cocktail punch is the perfect way to refresh your guest's taste buds after the masses of heavy Christmas flavours.

The best thing about this cocktail is it's so simple to prepare. Whether you're serving as guests arrive or whilst the night is in full swing, you are guaranteed your guests will be asking for seconds.
Firstly, grab a small punch bowl, combine the genever, Creole Shrubb, lemon juice, syrup and 10 dashes of angostura bitters and refrigerate for two hours.

Then once your guests make their grand entrance, stir in the champagne and club soda, ice and garnish with pineapple, and you're done!
Kiss of the Irish
Everyone likes a tart, especially an Irish one, and if it has a hint of fizz, even better! This cocktail delivers the ideal recipe for a fabulous evening, but it packs a punch… so be warned!

Clean Slate
This fantastic little cocktail won 2013 New Year's Eve Cocktail Contest, so we just had to add this to our favourites list. A mix of sweet festive flavours and champagne bubbles to give it that distinctive New Year's taste that will keep your New Year's guests coming back for seconds, or thirds, or fourths.
What you need
1 ½ Ounces Circo Amaretto Vodka
1 Ounce St. Germain
Ounce Cherry Heering
½ Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Ounce apple-cinnamon syrup
Champagne
Cocktail Shaker
Method
Apple-Cinnamon Syrup
Cut four apples and remove the core, boil them in 2 ½ cups of water until soft, add two cinnamon sticks and stir for a further ten minutes. Following this, add 2 ½ cups of sugar and stir for five minutes on a medium heat. Drain and double strain syrup.
Dust off the cocktail shaker, and combine all ingredients except Champagne and then shake vigorously!
Once all shuck up, strain into a chilled wine glass and top with Champagne.
Lady Edith
We found this cocktail due to our shared love for Downton Abbey. A mix of slow gin, grapefruit and champagne this sweet and sour taste is rich doozy and we love it, and not forgetting it's so easy to make, you might as well give it a try, it is New Year after all!
What you will need
1 ½ Ounce Grape Fruit Juice
½ Ounce Sloe Gin
Sweet Rosé Champagne
Method
Add the grapefruit juice, sloe gin to a chilled flute and top with champagne, stir well and serve!
Sweetheart Spritzer
The ideal cocktail to share with your loved one, or the one you want to share your New Year's kiss with. The Sweetheart Spritzer is fruity fizz and absolutely gorgeous, and it has no preparation time!
What you will need
Pink Champagne
Raspberry Lemonade
Fr9ozen Raspberries
Method
Chill Champagne flutes and place frozen raspberries into the bottom of the glass, pour one part champagne and one part raspberry lemonade over the raspberries and drink! Depending on taste change the lemonade and champagne measurements.
