At Breck, we pride ourselves on delivering 5-star accommodation to all of our guests.

Our main aim is to maintain this consistancy of luxury throughout the Breck brand, from our stylish apartments and our sleek furnishings to our outstanding customer service.

This ambitious goal could have only been reached through the hard work and efforts made by our forward thinking and passionate team. We are all so proud of the accomplishments reached due to this outstanding team and we truly couldn't have got this far without their help.

So with that said, we thought it was about time you got to know our staff members a little bit more.

Ami Gullane – Breck Apartments Manager

Ami Gullane has been a part of the Breck team for over two years. Her hard work and dedication has been an asset to the team. From starting as a receptionist back in 2013, Ami has shown a willingness to learn and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Seeing her work her way up the corporate ladder and become the Breck Apartments Manager has been amazing to watch and we couldn't be happier with her progress.

This past year, in particular, Ami has excelled within her managerial role, from opening our new Blackpool apartments, to being nominated for a number of prestigious awards as well as winning Tourism Accommodation Provider of the Year 2015.

Megan Lettice – Receptionist

Megan is a new member of the Breck team and has only been with us for three months, but it's like she has been with us forever. She has fitted into the group perfectly and is constantly going above and beyond her role.

Megan has always been happy to learn new things and get involved in all aspects of the Breck, from attending awards ceremonies to speaking to customers one on one she always represents the company with professionalism and confidence. We hope Megan remains a part of the team for many more years to come.

Claire Bailey – Receptionist

Claire is a shining star in the Breck team, always with a smile on her face she continually delivers outstanding customer service; which hasn't gone unnoticed by our guests. Our Trip Advisor reviews are filled with praise for Claire with her always going above and beyond for each of our guests.

Not only is Claire determined to deliver the best customer service she can, but alongside this she willing to help the organisation in any way possible. Claire has been able to combine her customer service based skills and our corporate business plans in order to achieve our business goals. This unique way of reaching targets has been a huge asset to the team and the organisation as a whole.

Martin Ollerenshaw – Maintenance

If it needs a minor repair, a complete rebuild or a bespoke solution, Martin is our man. He's been part of the team for over two years and we are delighted with his strong work ethic, team building skills and above all his ability to programmatically solve maintenance issues.

He has taken the launch of the new opening of Breck – Blackpool in his stride and has been able to manage his time effectively across these two buzzing locations. We are so happy we have found a hardworking and friendly member of staff to be a part of our ever growing team.

Fiona Clewlow –Housekeeping

An absolute credit to the team Fiona has demonstrated her eye for detail and determination to make Breck Apartments the standard they are. Her persistent efforts have been noticed by all. She consistently delivers high standards of work that allows us to maintain our 5-star standard.

With the opening of our new Blackpool apartments, Fiona has shown her ability to time manage effectively to maintain her high standard of work while delivering great customer service.

Nicole Hernandez –Housekeeping

Nicole has only been with us a short amount of time but has fit into the group amazingly, and we now couldn't imagine the Breck team without her. In her time working for us a lot has changed, from the new opening of Breck Apartments – Blackpool to new management, but Nicole has been able to adapt to all the changes with great ease.

We take huge pride in our apartments and want to maintain their luxury appeal and with Nicole on our team we have been able to maintain this level of 5-star luxury.
